I had an overall excellent stay at the Intercontinental Porto - Palacio Das Cardosas. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Porto, although some construction nearby was a minor annoyance (at least the staff kept us informed!). The room was spacious and luxurious, featuring a comfortable bed that allowed for great sleep. However, I did have some issues with the concierge, who initially provided a poor restaurant recommendation. Fortunately, Barbara, one of the managers, stepped in and sorted it out promptly.
